Standing poses strengthen and lengthen muscles to help regain pre-baby shape quicker. Includes gentle rocking and connecting with baby.
Mother's Core Practice (20 minutes)
Strengthens the core and helps new mums regain muscle tone. Gentle lifts and resistance work allow mothers to connect with baby during the routine.
Daily De-Stressors (10 minutes)
